CREATIVE MUSICIANSHIP Creative Musicianship: Glass Armonica

I am intrigued by odd and rare instruments and the people who play them.

Here is another video I found on YouTube of a woman playing something that’s listed as a “Glass Armonica”  It’s an interesting instrument that I’ve never seen before.

Awesome to see the glass armonica in action! I just bought the Sonic Couture Glassworks instrument pack; not bad quality if you’re interested in some useful sampling of the instrument. I am not a bot! I found your site through homerecordingconnection.com I swear, hah

The glass armonica sounds particularly juicy when re-amped through my tube guitar amp…if you ever go down that path.

Glass armonica through a guitar amp… that is a cool idea! If you send me a sample of it, I’ll make a post about it. That’s the kind of creative thinking that this blog is supposed to be about!
