Cover Song Of The Week
I love musical creativity (hence this blog), and I really feel like one interesting way of being musically creative is to take a song that already exists and turn it into your own. I know it’s not technically “songwriting”, but not all musical creativity is centered around songwriting.
My plan is to share some of my favorite song covers from around the web every weekend.
This singer’s name is Emily Elbert. She’s covering Michael Jackson’s “Thriller”. I love her voice, her guitar playing, her style… great song.
